Jaco Boëttger is a Change Management, Leadership and Organisational Development Consultant with three decades of experience. He is a Director at Human Resources Empowerment and also a well known public speaker. Boëttger has worked with clients in 26 countries. His main focus is on helping organisations manage change, optimize the opportunities it presents and make it work for them.

 

He has authored several books:

  • Breakfast with Leonard – a book on making Africa a winning continent
  • Visual Knowledge Management – a book on change and inspirational leadership (co-author)
  • The Messenger – a work on Liberation Management and Future Fitness.

Boёttger is a Chartered HRD Practitioner registered with the SABPP.
Dr. Marinda van Wyk

With 27 years of corporate experience (specialising in Learning and Development / Human Performance Improvement and thereafter broadening her scope to the HR generalist function at executive level looking at strategic positioning and alignment, culture and leadership development, talent management, change management, transformation, etc.), Marinda van Wyk has learned that the success of any organization is built on the leadership, the culture that the leadership embodies, the strategic alignment, the employees’ level of engagement and how the talent of the organization is being optimized.

Now in private practice, her purpose is to:

  • explore new and creative ways of thinking;
  • magnify the talents inside each one to realize confidence and success – for both individual and organisation;
