The exhibition will be an integral part of the activities at the conference. It provides an unparalleled opportunity for exhibitors to come face to face with delegates, providing a marketplace to increase your organisation’s visibility and to showcase and demonstrate your products and services. During the programme, the exhibitors are provided with ample exposure every day. The exhibition venue will be utilised for all tea breaks, and will be positioned adjacent to the main conference venue.

Please note that the final date for applications and payments is on the 1 August 2017. 

  • Venue: Emperors Palace Convention Centre, Assembly Room
  • Set up: Tuesday 19 September from 1pm onwards
  • Show Dates: Wednesday 20 – Friday 22 September
  • Break Down: Friday 22 September after lunch
  • Times: 9am – 5pm (peak times will be at tea breaks and lunches during the conference programme)

Exhibitor Benefits and Exposure:

  • Your organisation and logo will be listed on the printed programme and conference website as an Exhibitor.
  • Your organisation logo and a link to your company website will be included on the EAPA-SA website.
  • 2 exhibitor passes per exhibition stand. These passes enable personnel to work on their stand
  • Lunches and tea breaks are included
  • Your organisation may provide 300 x inserts to be added to the delegate pack. These items should be delivered to the conference organisers at Emperor’s Palace by no later than the 18 September 2017. (Please see notes on terms of inserts on the last page of the sponsorship prospectus)
